Hairpieces care

General rules

1-

To care for your hairpiece, use mild shampoo and conditioner, and alcohol-free styling products to keep your hairpiece looking great for as long as possible.

Use an antistatic wire brush. For curly styles, use a wide-toothed comb or your fingers.

Never use heat, a hair dryer, heated rollers, a curling iron or straightener on a synthetic hairpiece, except for those made with synthetic fibre labelled HEAT RESISTANT, which will tolerate heat up to 180 degrees. Do not use dyes.

Hairpieces washing

Brush the hairpiece before shampooing to detangle.

2-

Fill a washbasin with cold water, add a small amount of mild shampoo and agitate to create lather. Never apply shampoo directly to the hairpiece.

3-

Immerse the hairpiece in the water and swirl gently to wet thoroughly. Never rub or wring the hairpiece.

4-

Repeat Step 3 in clean cold water to rinse the hairpiece.

5-

Fill the washbasin with cold water, add a small amount of mild conditioner and stir. Never apply conditioner directly to the hairpiece.

6-

Immerse the hairpiece and swirl gently to wet thoroughly. Do not rub or wring the hairpiece.

7-

Repeat Step 6 in clean cold water to rinse the hairpiece.

8-

Gently sponge off excess water using a towel.

Hairpieces drying

1-

Let your hairpiece air-dry. Do not place near a direct source of heat.

2-

Once dry, brush the hairpiece using an antistatic wire brush. For curly models, use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

3-

Now you can style your hairpiece so that you look drop-dead gorgeous. Use alcohol-free styling products to help you.
